Service:
Service calls are available Mon-Fri 6 am – 6 pm. Sat 8 am –
12 pm.
Service calls are not included in the basic package, unless
the service installation was purchased. Service installation comes with 15 day
warrantee against operation issues or problems. Parts carry one year warrantee
from the component manufacturer, we can replace them immediately for a service
charge or the customer can contact them directly except for the H.F box, and
torches, we require 2-3 week repair time
on defects in workmanship and materials except consumables such as collets, gas
lens, gas diffuser and power cables.
